BIO: Not your typical anything — that's kind of my whole vibe. I showed up at the shelter as a puppy, stuck around way longer than expected, and made myself the local favorite in the process. I'm the kind of dog who draws people in without even trying. Laid-back but full of life, social but never overwhelming. Think warm water, black sand, good vibes. Two and a half years of island living has a way of shaping a dog's character and mine turned out pretty great.

Mero Beach was rescued from a shelter in Dominica, where she arrived as a puppy alongside her mother and spent over two years in their care. She will be traveling to Brooklyn in mid-June 2026.

The dogs in our care are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered (when old enough), microchipped, and given a general health check. Immediate medical needs and medical history will be addressed with the adopter prior to adoption. Complete vet records will be sent shortly after adoption.
