The Badass Bash: Cheers to Fifteen Years! is Badass Animal Rescue’s biggest fundraising night of the year…and this year, we have even more to celebrate. Join us as we raise a glass to 15 years of saving Badass dogs and the incredible community that has made it all possible.
This year’s Bash will take place on Thursday, October 8th, 2026 at 501 Union in Brooklyn, bringing together adopters, fosters, donors, partners, and dog lovers for an unforgettable evening of celebration and impact.

This year’s theme, Cheers to Fifteen Years!, celebrates an incredible milestone: 15 years of Badass Animal Rescue. Since 2011, our community has come together to give thousands of at-risk dogs the second chances they deserve. This year’s Bash is a celebration of every dog saved, every foster home opened, every adoption made, and every person who has helped make it possible.
We’re thrilled to welcome Broadway actress and Badass adopter Ellen Harvey as our Honorary Host and Jolie Dudley, founder of Must Love Dogs & Comedy, as our Auctioneer.
We are also proud to honor Eva Armstrong, co-founder of Badass Animal Rescue and owner of Eva’s Dog Camp, as this year’s Louis F. Turco Award Recipient. Eva has been part of the Badass story from the very beginning, and we’re honored to recognize her lasting impact on our organization and the countless dogs whose lives have been changed because of her dedication to rescue.

Ellen Harvey
HONORARY HOST
Ellen Harvey is a Broadway actress, longtime rescue advocate, and proud Badass adopter. She is currently appearing on Broadway in Wicked, with a career spanning stage and screen, including appearances in House of Cards and Gotham.
Ellen officially became part of the Badass family in 2015 when she adopted Maja, and she has remained a supporter of rescue ever since. A decade later, we’re thrilled to welcome her as Honorary Host as we celebrate 15 years of Badass Animal Rescue and the lifesaving power of adoption.

Eva Armstrong
LOUIS F. TURCO AWARD RECIPIENT
Eva Armstrong is a lifelong animal advocate, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Badass Animal Rescue. Raised near her grandparents’ farm in Sweden, Eva grew up surrounded by animals and developed a deep love for their care and well-being from an early age.
In 2011, Eva helped found Badass Animal Rescue, playing an instrumental role in building the organization’s earliest rescue efforts. She forged longstanding partnerships with shelters and rescue organizations throughout the South—relationships that helped shape Badass’s mission and remain an important part of our lifesaving work today.
Eva is also the founder of Eva’s Dog Camp, a 66-acre countryside dog boarding camp in Pennsylvania’s Endless Mountains, where her lifelong commitment to dogs continues every day.
Fifteen years after helping bring Badass to life, we are proud to honor Eva with the Louis F. Turco Award in recognition of her lasting impact on Badass, her dedication to animal welfare, and the countless dogs whose lives have been changed because of the foundation she helped build

Jolie Dudley

Jolie Dudley is the Co-Founder and CEO of Must Love Dogs and Comedy, a mission-driven comedy company that brings together two of our favorite things: dogs and laughter to support animal rescue.
Through Must Love Dogs and Comedy, Jolie produces and hosts comedy events that partner with animal shelters and rescue organizations, using entertainment to raise funds, build community, and bring greater awareness to animals in need.
A comedian, producer, content creator, and natural on the mic, Jolie brings humor, heart, and plenty of energy to everything she does. We’re thrilled to welcome her as this year’s Badass Bash Auctioneer, where she’ll help us turn some laughs—and hopefully some very competitive bidding—into lifesaving support for Badass dogs.
