At its foundation, Badass Animal Rescue has been built and supported by the countless individuals who give their time to the cause — our volunteers! Without them, Badass would not have been able to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome nearly 3,800 dogs since 2011. This year, we're taking a new approach to celebrating our volunteers by throwing our first official Paws & Applause: Honoring Badass Volunteers event on November 2nd. This standalone appreciation event will be an evening of food, drink, merriment, prizes and awards centered around honoring those that dedicate their time, energy, and love — our Badass core of advocates for dogs.
Calling all Thank You video submissions!
Submit your thank-you video here and it will be included at our upcoming Paws & Applause: Honoring Badass Volunteers event on November 2nd, 2023. We will compile all the videos submitted into a video to play for the volunteers!

Give Back to Those that Saved Your Badass!
As a way to give back to those that have worked so hard over the years to save your Badass dogs we are holding a FREE Raffle for the party attendees. This is a great way for you to give back in a big way to the volunteers that give so much.
We're hoping to amass a collection of prizes to raffle off to the volunteers in the form of gift cards/certificates. These can be purchased online from your retailer/service of choice and sent to me to collect for the event. We are asking for cards in the amounts of $25-$100. The retailer/services should be either an online retailer or business here in NYC that anyone can access and enjoy, regardless of age, gender or location.
