Little Orphan Annie

AGE/ESTIMATED WEIGHT: 10 years old / 65 lbs

GENDER: Female

BIO: If you’re searching for a perfect best friend AND coworker, I’m your girl! As the former office dog at Eva’s Dog Camp, I know just how to keep you company while you work… and play, of course! Speaking of, I have lots of playful quirks: I absolutely love apple sauce and know tons of tricks. Say “bang, bang!” and I’ll even play dead!

PERSONALITY: Friendly, gentle, goofy

  • Meet Little Orphan Annie — the name might say “orphan,” but this girl is rich in personality, charm, and couch-worthy appeal. Annie has spent the last few years as the resident queen of Eva’s Dog Camp, running the office with a calm, no-nonsense kind of grace. Now, she’s ready to trade in her staff position for a forever home and a soft couch of her own.

Annie is the perfect mix of mellow and merry. She’ll trot around the yard, mingle in playgroups, and then politely let everyone know when she’s had enough (“I’m clocking out, thanks”). She’s great with other dogs, cool with cats, and a total pro at hanging out in busy settings — the type of dog who’d happily accompany you to brunch or a brewery and snooze at your feet like she owns the place.

Her people skills are just as impressive. Annie greets new friends with a tail wag or a belly flop — your choice. She’s gentle, food-motivated (applesauce is her jam), and an excellent listener when snacks are involved. She knows her basics — sit, stay, down — and can even play dead on command.

Despite her “camp mascot” résumé, Annie is surprisingly low-maintenance. She’s crate trained, likely house trained, and prefers lounging over long hikes. A thunderstorm might spook her, but a cozy blanket and your company will fix that fast.

In short: Little Orphan Annie is a chill, lovable, slightly sassy lady who’s finally ready to retire from camp life and start her next chapter as your favorite sidekick.

  • From Texas; Annie has spent 3.5 years as office dog and mascot at Eva’s Dog Camp. She is beloved by the staff but deserves a home of her own.
