BIO: Lily is the perfect city-sized companion. She came into rescue in GA after being rescued from a hoarding home, and while she started out shy, she quickly revealed her true self: sweet, snuggly, and all heart. She even found herself a bestie—fellow Badass pup Clairo.

FOSTER SAYS: “Lily’s been slowly opening up to those around her which is so cute to see! She’s cautious with her surroundings for now but the little moments of progress all make it worth it!”

  • From a hoarding situation in GA; arrived in Brooklyn in mid-December 2025.

  • Meet Lily Allen — soft-spoken indie darling with a heart full of love and a cautious side that’s slowly learning the remix. 🎶

Lily is a gentle, sweet soul who’s still getting comfortable in her new world, and honestly? Watching her confidence grow is half the magic. She’s reserved at first and may do the classic crouch-and-tail-tuck when meeting new people, but give her a little consistency and patience and she warms up beautifully. With her people, she’s affectionate, attached, and very into quality cuddle time.

She’s brand new to city life after coming up from Georgia in mid-December, so everything from leashes to sidewalks is still a bit overwhelming. Leash skills, crate training, and potty training are all works in progress — though she just had her first successful outdoor poop, which deserves a standing ovation. When she’s not nervous, she walks nicely and shows how trainable and eager she truly is.

Lily absolutely loves other dogs. She’s initially curious and cautious, then quickly shifts into friendly mode. She was fostered with fellow Badass Clairo, and the two became instant besties — playing, hanging out, and proving she’d thrive with a confident canine sibling. Kids? She surprised everyone by being totally comfortable with them at her first adoption event.

Her ideal downtime includes snuggling, decompressing, and working through a peanut butter–stuffed Kong or a cheese chew like it’s her job. Lily comes from a hoarding situation, but she’s shown nothing but sweetness and resilience — no drama, no attitude, just quiet bravery.

Lily Allen is looking for a patient, kind home that understands slow burns make the best songs. If you’re ready to celebrate small wins and big heart energy, she might just choose you.

  • Lily is up-to-date on required vaccinations, spayed and microchipped. She tested positive for heartworm and still requires treatment. If Lily is adopted prior to treatment, Badass will cover the cost of care. If you think Lily might be a good fit for your home, we can share more details regarding her heartworm treatment plan.

She has received a full health check and is currently in overall good health. However, we cannot make any guarantees regarding her future health or medical needs.

Complete veterinary records, dating back to the time of rescue, are typically sent via email after an adoption. They can also be sent in advance of an adoption, upon request.
